When do orders get shipped with tracking numbers?

Please allow our team 3-5 business days to prepare and ship your order. Tracking numbers become available once and item has been shipped, not when the order is placed.

How do Pre Orders work?

Pre-ordering is ordering merchandise before it is available with an understanding that it will be shipped later. If you order a pre-order item with a non pre-order item, the non-pre order Item will ship first.

You will be charged at the time of checkout for the order to be placed successfully. Please keep in mind that pre-orders take 4-6 weeks to be shipped out.

There will be No Refunds or Returns for Pre Orders due to COVID-19.

Tracking Numbers

Tracking numbers and an order confirmation will be available and sent to the email on file after placing an order.

All orders are shipped USPS and usually takes 3-5 business days to arrive at your door depending on location and state. We currently do not ship outside the US.

Please note, once we ship your package, we are not held responsible for USPS deliveries, any issues with USPS must be handled with USPS because we are not a shipping carrier.

What if I never received my item?

We are not responsible for lost or stolen packages confirmed to be delivered to an address entered for an order. Upon request, we will confirm delivery to the address provided, date of delivery, tracking information and shipping carrier information for you to investigate. If an item is lost or stolen, it is your responsibility to file a claim with the shipping carrier to receive compensation for the lost or stolen packages that are the fault of the shipping carrier.
