When will my pre-order ship?
All pre-orders are made just for you, — which means we start production once your order is confirmed. Typically, pre-orders ship within 4–6 weeks, depending on the item and current demand. Don’t worry, you’ll receive an email update with tracking info the moment your order is on its way.
Can I cancel or change my pre-order?
Because each pre-order item is made specifically for you, we can only make changes within 24 hours of purchase. After that, production begins, and we’re unable to cancel or edit orders. If something comes up, reach out to us right away.
How will I know when my order has shipped?
Once your order ships, you’ll receive an email with tracking details so you can keep an eye on it every step of the way. We recommend checking your spam or promotions folder just in case — sometimes good news hides there!
What happens if my size sells out or I missed the pre-order window?
No worries — we got you. Our Wisdom Endures pieces are released in limited drops, but you can sign up for restock alerts or join our email list to be first in line for the next release. Mama always said, “If you stay ready, you don't have to get ready.”
